As an appropriate corrective action a recall of the designated article 5022220 batch number 16E02809 was decided and implemented. It was identified that only two products of the batch are actually affected by this faulty labelling. One let to the present corrective action. Actually, the secundary packaging of the claimed and submitted article declares a bigger diameter and shorter balloon than the primary packaging and the product itself. The data, however, show clearly that this case happened only once.
