ROCAMED SAM has received complaints about Urology Suction Tubing with Pump Body of reference SOUR9200ST12 of lot R006497.
The fault is on the suction pipe. The part that fits in the suction pump head is missing as well as the poka yoke allowing the tubing to be inserted in the right direction.
